Im new to vaping and went to the shop in Motherwell. The person in there was extremely helpful and advised me on the best starter kits etc. I left with lovely drag s vape and various flavours of vape juice. I'm really enjoying vaping and being cigarette free. Thank you.

Years ago I used to go in the East Kilbride shop where the staff were very polite and helpful so recently when I started vaping again I found the website which is more convenient because I don’t stay in any of the areas where there is shops. All the eliquids I’ve had from this place are nice. There is none I’ve tried that I don’t like or wouldn’t recommend. Last but not least the delivery is cheap and always here the next day. Great service.

I found Prime Vapour while in Glasgow, the guys in the store on Union Street are always helpful and efficient. Started using the mail order service during lockdown, very fast efficient service. When there was a problem with my log-in it was easily sorted over the phone. Very friendly, lovely people, would highly recommend.

Dark-Hair Dan in the Stirling branch has been my guru since I quit smoking 2 years ago - always so friendly and helpful, remembers exactly what I like without trying to force me to upgrade to kit I don't need or want and as a result, I recommend Prime Vapour to everyone. They are the only brand I will use, even after moving away from Stirling. The hardware always works prefectly, you'll be talked through it thoroughly if you buy in-store, and the liquids are fabulous; so many brilliant flavours and they never taste inky like other brands do. My favoutites are Pokemango on Ice and Raspberry Sherbet.
